Mozambican entrepreneur Tânia Tomé is set to launch a pioneering platform and application that harnesses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance leadership in the Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa (PALOP). The launch, scheduled for November 11 in Maputo, is a collaboration with Brandulogy and the Womenice Global Foundation. This innovative tool aims to create a digital ecosystem focused on Leadership, Inclusion, and Performance.
The platform integrates AI with the Succenergy methodology, a unique approach designed to foster personal, professional, and organizational development across PALOP countries, the Lusofonia, and other international markets. It offers three AI-powered solutions tailored to address various needs in leadership, inclusion, and performance. These solutions are Succenergy Premium, Succenergy Bazarn, and Succenergy AI Coach, each designed to cater to different user requirements.
The launch event will be attended by high-profile guests, including former Mozambican Prime Minister Adriano Maleiane, Labour, Gender, and Social Action Minister Ivete Alane, and Olavo Correia, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Digital Economy of Cape Verde. Other notable attendees include Marianela Mirpuri, President and Founder of HERA, and Mónica Monteiro, Executive Director of the Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação.
The platform and app are designed to support a wide range of users, including businesses, governments, institutions, entrepreneurs, micro-businesses, informal vendors, women, and young people. By combining technology and human development, the initiative aims to address challenges related to leadership, productivity, management, and inclusion. This approach seeks to empower users with the tools and skills necessary for success in their respective fields.
The Succenergy methodology, integral to the platform, is complemented by AI-driven tools that provide personalized support and guidance. These tools are expected to enhance leadership capabilities, promote inclusivity, and improve performance across various sectors. By leveraging AI, the platform can offer scalable and accessible solutions to a broad audience.
The launch of this platform and app marks a significant milestone in the development of digital solutions for leadership and personal growth in PALOP countries. It reflects a growing recognition of the importance of technology in addressing socio-economic challenges and promoting sustainable development. The initiative is poised to make a positive impact on the lives of many individuals and organizations across the region.
As the launch approaches, anticipation is building among stakeholders and potential users. The platform's success will depend on its adoption and the tangible benefits it delivers to users. If successful, it could serve as a model for similar initiatives in other regions, further amplifying its impact and contributing to a more inclusive and equitable development landscape.
