He emphasized that an inclusive refoundation cannot exclude those who contribute to the country's daily functioning.
The congress resulted in the election of a new bureau, with Alain Adikan re-elected as Secretary-General for a five-year term. Adikan expressed gratitude for the spirit that prevailed during the congress and emphasized the importance of preserving the union's framework, which is the first trade union center born in Niger after independence.
