The visit started at the accommodation site of the delegation of the Chief of the Peulh Grouping of Tahoua, which includes women transforming agro-sylvo-pastoral products. The officials then visited a group of sheep herders near Ingall, where they witnessed a demonstration of sheep training with their masters. This event is part of the annual festival of herders and agropastoralists in Ingall.

The Tahoua region delegation also visited the well-trained camel camp, awaiting the start of festivities. They inspected the cattle camp from Tahoua region, grazing in the Ingall valley, and appreciated the animal care and guarding conditions. The officials expressed satisfaction with the organization and facilities.

Furthermore, the delegation visited traditional Peulh and Tuareg habitations and exhibition stands, as well as artisans with their products. They praised the quality of artisanal products and the organization of exhibitors. The 59th edition of Cure Salée is co-organized by Tahoua and Agadez regions.

The event, taking place from October 2 to 4, 2026, will be officially launched in the afternoon of October 2. The theme of this year's event is "Preserving natural resources and valorizing cultural heritage for harmonious coexistence between pastoral communities." Various activities, including fantasias, animal fairs, and artisanal product exhibitions, are scheduled.

The Governor of Tahoua Region, Colonel-Major Souleymane Amadou Moussa, leads an important delegation, comprising the Deputy Secretary General of the Governorate, departmental prefects, regional directors, traditional chiefs, and media actors.
