During the summit, President Katilé will lead a panel discussion on social dialogue and investment, highlighting Mali's experience in this area. In his address to the summit, Dr. Abdelkader Aamara, President of UCESA, welcomed the participation of various Economic and Social Councils and similar institutions from Africa, including Mali's CESEC, the Economic and Social Committee of Equatorial Guinea, and the Economic and Social Councils of Congo Brazzaville, Morocco, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
