ER Property has introduced Valoria, a new filiale focused on integrated property management and sustainable asset valuation. The launch event took place on September 17, 2026, at the Moka Rangers Sports Club. Valoria brings together four complementary expertise areas to support property owners, investors, and communities throughout the property life cycle. This strategic move aims to enhance the quality of life in territories where ER Property operates, particularly in Savannah and Moka.

Johan Pilot, Chief Executive Officer of ER Property, emphasized that Valoria gives meaning to their profession. The company has a long-term vision, contributing to the improvement of the quality of life in the territories they operate in. When territories increase in value, property owners and co-owners benefit and are also responsible for their upkeep. ER Property's responsibility is to ensure that properties appreciate sustainably. This approach aligns with the company's goal of providing excellent service.

Régis Maubernard, General Manager of Valoria, explained that the creation of Valoria responds to the needs of property owners, investors, and communities. Valoria prioritizes service excellence, listening, and customer satisfaction. As Moka City and Savannah Connected Countryside develop, property ownership naturally shifts to these entities. Valoria aims to support them in their daily management responsibilities, whether at the asset or neighborhood level.

Valoria comprises four key components. Valoria Syndic, formerly Sygeco, manages administrative, accounting, and technical aspects of co-ownerships. With 15 years of experience, the team ensures maintenance standards, governance, and communication with co-owners. Their services are exclusive to co-owners of ER Property-developed and commercialized complexes. This expertise guarantees a high level of management for co-ownerships.

Valoria Territorial Services, formerly Moka City Management Ltd, acts as an administrator for land associations managing shared services in Moka City and Savannah Connected Countryside. This structure is a legal requirement for Smart Cities, aiming to preserve common spaces, infrastructure, and neighborhood attractiveness. The activity has grown alongside Moka City and is expanding to Savannah.

Valoria Rental & Sales and Valoria Property Management offer additional services. The former provides tailored support for property owners and investors in renting and selling ER Property-developed assets. The latter coordinates maintenance, handles tenant relations, and ensures property upkeep. These services contribute to preserving property value and enhancing territory attractiveness.

Through Valoria, ER Property emphasizes long-term property management. The company provides specialized support to clients, ensuring asset maintenance, value preservation, and territory attractiveness. By integrating these four areas of expertise, Valoria sets a new standard for property management in Mauritius, prioritizing sustainability and customer satisfaction.
