Wajhat Real Estate Development Company has announced a partnership with Vodafone Egypt to provide the technological infrastructure for its MEE Hotel project in the sixth district of New Cairo. The project is being developed by Wajhat and will feature a range of hotel units, services, and facilities. The partnership aims to provide a comprehensive system of technological and operational services for the project.
According to Michael Sami, Chairman of Wajhat Real Estate Development Company, the agreement is part of the company's plan to provide a range of technological and operational services for the project, in addition to the hotel units. The MEE Hotel project is being developed based on a concept that combines hotel accommodation, investment, management, and operation. The project will feature a range of units with various finishes, furniture, electrical appliances, and air conditioning systems.
The MEE Hotel project is located on plot number 1 in the sixth district of New Cairo, overlooking the Middle Ring Road and the Ain El Sokhna axis. This strategic location connects the project to several surrounding areas and cities, including New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, and the Future City. The project is also close to Cairo International Airport and the American University in Cairo.
The project covers an area of approximately 24,000 square meters and consists of two basement floors dedicated to garages, a ground floor, and nine repetitive floors. The project has a 100-meter-long façade on the Middle Ring Road and an open view of 500 meters. The project will feature hotel units with areas ranging from 32.5 to 117 square meters, including various models such as Mee Glow, Mee Shell, Mee Lodge, and Bloom Suite.
In addition to the hotel units, the project will feature a range of services and facilities, including three swimming pools, a clubhouse, a restaurant, a business lounge, jogging and cycling paths, a children's play area, open spaces, a commercial area, and concierge and cleaning services. The project will also have garages located underneath.
Wajhat has partnered with several specialized parties to implement and manage the project's components, including Gold's Gym and Vibel Stay, which specialize in hotel management and operation, and Infinity Trade & Spa. The company aims to support the operational, service, and technological aspects of the project through these partnerships, alongside the development and implementation works.
According to the company, the sales plan for the project includes payment systems starting with a 10% down payment, with the possibility of installment over periods of up to 10 years. The partnership with Vodafone is one of several agreements that Wajhat has concluded with specialized parties to implement and operate the MEE Hotel project in the sixth district.
