Egypt's Conference Party has witnessed a swift leadership change, with Dr. Saeed Gneim assuming the role of party leader, replacing Raban Omar El-Mokhtar Smida, who has taken on the position of honorary president. He also clarified that there have been no changes to the party's leadership positions so far, with 14 deputy heads continuing in their roles.
