The State Information Service, led by Ambassador Alaa Youssef, recently hosted the "Heroes of the Story 2026" celebration, organized by the "Tahya Misr Youth Union." The event, held at the Youth Development Center on Gezira Island, brought together over 400 young men and women from across Egypt. The gathering aimed to honor the graduates of various programs, activities, and training sessions conducted by the union, showcasing their achievements and success stories.

The celebration coincided with the 53rd anniversary of Egypt's October War victory, a national occasion that embodies the values of sacrifice, belonging, and determination. Ambassador Youssef emphasized the importance of drawing inspiration from the spirit of October to work towards a better future for Egypt. He praised the efforts of the Tahya Misr Youth Union in preparing and qualifying young people, as well as its initiatives in community work and capacity building.

The initiatives launched by the union, such as "Basmaatuk Khadraa," "Juzoor," "Shamol," "Raidat Misr," and the "Building Awareness Forum," reflect the diversity of youth work and their ability to create innovative ideas and projects that serve society. Ambassador Youssef also commended the Ministry of Youth and Sports for its support and qualification of young people, expanding their participation in public and community work.

The State Information Service pledged to provide all possible support to the Tahya Misr Youth Union and its initiatives, as part of its role in building awareness and enhancing communication with various segments of society. Ambassador Youssef stressed the importance of integration between national institutions and youth entities in disseminating correct knowledge, consolidating national belonging, and enhancing young people's ability to deal with developments in the media and digital environment.
