The contract is expected to be signed on November 25. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial offers in accordance with the controls and specifications defined in the tender.

The payment terms allow for a 25% advance payment against a bank guarantee, while 65% will be paid after delivery and inspection, and 10% after activation, electronic operation, and completion of the handover report from the beneficiary. The Ministry also requires the successful bidder to provide a final insurance of 5% of the contract value within 10 working days of being notified of the acceptance of their bid.

The contract's warranty period is three years, starting from the activation date, which matches the required license renewal period.
