The Egyptian Football Association has begun a new phase in its plan to develop coaches, organizing two training courses for A11 and A12 licenses. The initiative aims to prepare more qualified technical cadres to keep up with rapid developments in coaching. Fifty coaches will participate in the courses, which will start on November 1 and December 12, each lasting six months. This move is part of the association's strategy to improve the human element in Egyptian football.

The Egyptian Football Association will accept applications for the first course from October 6 to 16. After the application period, personal interviews will be conducted with applicants, which will be carried out by Shawky Ghrib, technical director of the Egyptian Football Association. Participants will be selected based on predetermined criteria. This step comes within the association's strategy to develop the human element in the football system.

The African Football Confederation (CAF) has set conditions for coaches wishing to join the course, including possessing a B-training diploma issued by CAF. Applicants must also provide proof of working as a coach at level B or higher and have at least two years passed since obtaining their B-license. Additionally, applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to read, write, and speak one of the official languages recognized by CAF.

The Egyptian Football Association's move reflects its focus on investing in Egyptian coaches and raising the level of technical qualification in line with standards adopted at the continental and international levels. The association aims to provide Egyptian coaches with educational and training opportunities to improve their level and obtain recognized licenses from CAF.

Those who have been banned or suspended by the Egyptian Football Association, any national association, CAF, or FIFA are not allowed to join the course unless the penalty has expired and the suspension has been lifted. Coaches whose licenses have been revoked by CAF or the Egyptian Football Association must wait two years before applying for a new course.

The new courses reflect the Egyptian Football Association's plan to develop a new generation of coaches. The association's efforts aim to improve the level of Egyptian football and achieve success in local and international competitions. The courses will provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to obtain an A-license.

The Egyptian Football Association's initiative has been welcomed by Egyptian football stakeholders, who see it as a positive step towards improving the level of coaching in the country. The association's efforts to develop coaches are expected to have a positive impact on Egyptian football in the coming years.
