Naa Dinaa Donglabong Ganaa III, the Paramount Chief of Jirapa Traditional Area, challenged residents and indigenes of the Jirapa Municipality to take responsibility for the development of the area. He expressed optimism that the Anwelle Foundation's success would greatly transform the fortunes of the people. The Chief observed that development should not be the sole responsibility of government, but a collaboration between traditional authorities, the private sector, development organisations, and citizens.
The Paramount Chief urged natives of the area to consider returning to contribute to the development of the district. He encouraged them to share their skills, knowledge, and ideas to improve human dignity and economic progress. The Chief's call to action was echoed by Professor William Angko, the Board Chairman of the Foundation, who expressed confidence that the Anwelle Foundation would serve as a vehicle for progress and development in Jirapa and beyond.
