The Anambra State Government has revealed plans to establish a modular refinery as part of its projected development strategy to develop the state's gas processing and petroleum sector. This disclosure was made by the Commissioner for Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Prof. Charles Ofoegbu, during a meeting with members of the National Association of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) Marketers (NALPGAM), Anambra Chapter, in Awka.
