The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development, "Aadl", has announced the public auction sale of hundreds of commercial properties with service usage across several provinces in Algeria. According to the agency's announcement, the properties include 03 commercial properties with service usage, 54 commercial properties, and 05 service usage properties in the 500 housing units area of Bousmaïl, Tipaza province.
In addition to the aforementioned properties, "Aadl" will also auction off 23 commercial properties in the 1200 housing units area of Bousmaïl, Tipaza province, as well as 205 commercial properties and 1 service usage property in the 1350 housing units area of Bousmaïl. The agency will also sell 02 commercial properties and 20 service usage properties in the 1500 housing units area of Douawda, Tipaza province.
The public auction sale will also include 78 commercial properties and 09 service usage properties in the 1273/1500 housing units area of site 03 in Tipaza province. Furthermore, 81 commercial properties in the 1000 housing units area of site 02 in Tipaza province, and 141 commercial properties and 04 service usage properties in the 1500 housing units area of site 01 in Tipaza province will be put up for sale.
"Aadl" will also auction off 35 commercial and service usage properties in the 200 housing units area of "Aadl" housing project in Ouled El Hassene, Chlef province. The agency will also sell 42 commercial properties and 10 service usage properties in the 1200/3750 housing units area of Miftah, Blida province, and 42 commercial properties and 04 service usage properties in the 550/3750 housing units area of Miftah.
In Blida province, "Aadl" will also sell 57 commercial properties and 04 service usage properties in the 2000/3750 housing units area of Bouinan, as well as 107 commercial properties in the 1000 housing units area of Bouinan. Additionally, 39 commercial properties in the 1675 housing units area of Bouinan, Blida province, will be put up for sale.
The agency will also auction off 71 commercial properties and 02 service usage properties in the 1250 housing units area of Khemis Miliana, Aïn Defla province. Furthermore, 58 commercial properties and 18 service usage properties in the 3000 housing units area of Sidi Abdallah, Algiers province, and 12 commercial properties in the 1400 housing units area of Sidi Abdallah, Algiers province, will be sold.
Finally, "Aadl" will also sell 44 commercial properties and 14 service usage properties in the 1000 housing units area of Sidi Abdallah, Algiers province, as well as 85 commercial properties in the 1500 housing units area of Sidi Abdallah, Algiers province.
