The Site Planning & Reporting Engineer Offsite will be responsible for adopting and demonstrating exemplary behavior with regard to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). The successful candidate will implement and control HSE rules and requirements within their area of responsibility. They will also develop, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure the efficient organization and operation of scheduling, progress control, and reporting activities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline or Construction Technology area. They will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in projects, with at least 5 years of experience in planning projects in Oil & Gas and/or Infrastructure-related industries. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera, as well as well-developed analytical and reporting skills.
The Site Planning & Reporting Engineer Offsite will liaise with Cost Controllers to ensure consistency of information and develop, update, and revise overall Package schedules as required by Package Management. They will also provide analyses and simulations of new schedules and assist Package Management in reviewing and commenting on contractors' procedures and schedules.
The successful candidate will be able to coordinate and work with other teams, having basic multi-disciplinary knowledge. They must be able to work on their own initiative and proactively interact with discipline teams to obtain information. The candidate should be able to react quickly and decisively to constantly changing demands and circumstances.
