The successful candidate will have a Full Grade 12 School Certificate, a Bachelor's Degree, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Standards Development, Research, or Monitoring and Evaluation. Additionally, they must be able to write analytical and technical reports and communicate effectively in English. Qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority, and verification/evaluation certificates must be submitted along with the application.
