Yango Food, a meal delivery service of the global technology group Yango Group, has officially launched Goya by Yango Food, a signature delivery service that allows customers to enjoy high-end restaurants from Abidjan in the comfort of their own homes. This new service is accessible through a dedicated section of Yango Food within the Yango SuperApp. Goya associates a dedicated digital experience with custom packaging and delivery processes designed for premium restaurant orders.
The service features a selective network of partner restaurants, chosen exclusively for the quality of their cuisine and reputation. Some of the establishments already available on the platform include Em Sherif, Le Mechoui, Parenthese, Al Zawat, and La Croisette, with more partners expected to join soon. To celebrate its launch, Goya is offering free delivery on all orders and a 5,000 FCFA discount on the first order.
Unlike traditional delivery platforms, Goya relies on a selective network of partner restaurants, chosen for their culinary quality and reputation. The digital experience highlights the art of culinary arts and the history of the establishments, with custom photographs and individual chef portraits presented alongside menus to enhance the identity of each restaurant.
Kadotien Soro, Country Director of Yango in Côte d'Ivoire, stated that with Goya by Yango Food, the company is extending its premium experience to food delivery, bringing together more high-end services within the Yango ecosystem. This offer allows a selection of restaurants to have a dedicated space to reach customers looking for a quality gastronomic experience at home.
To ensure that each order is presented with care, consistency, and elegance, Goya uses custom-designed packaging to preserve the temperature and visual presentation of the dishes. Orders are delivered in Goya-branded boxes, eco-friendly kraft paper bags, and security packaging to detect any opening or alteration, ensuring the integrity of the meals until delivery.
Deliveries are exclusively carried out by a dedicated fleet of Ivorian partner couriers who have received professional training adapted to the standards of high-end gastronomy and the requirements of the service. Partner couriers wear distinctive Goya attire, allowing them to be easily identified during deliveries.
Serge-Eric Gnamkey, General Director of Yango Food in Côte d'Ivoire, emphasized that at Yango Food, they believe that delivery is not just about picking up a package and delivering it to its destination. With Goya, they have redesigned the entire experience, from the way a restaurant is presented in the application to the handling of the order during its delivery to the customer.
