The survey will cover all unregistered and unbuilt properties in Hiboun (Saqwi) in the delegation of Hiboun, and in Maâ Bared (Bali) in the delegations of Hleima and Oulad Mfadda, in the governorate of Mahdia. This effort seeks to improve the accuracy of real estate records.
In Medenine, the cadastral survey will encompass areas in Hassi Omar, Lebba, and Chehbania. The survey will include all unregistered and unbuilt properties in Hassi Omar and Lebba in the delegation of Medenine South, in Chehbania (Bali) in the delegation of Chehbania, and in El Hachan in the delegation of Djerba Houm Souk. In Sfax, the survey will cover areas in El Ataya and Bliana. The decrees are based on the Tunisian Constitution and the decree-law number 3 of 1964, related to mandatory real estate registration, as well as subsequent amendments.
