Other county and regional office projects include Bomi County - Klay, Maryland County - Pleebo, and Lofa County - Vonjama.
Local officials at the ceremony expressed optimism that the Ganta office will spur administrative efficiency and local development. A county representative said residents will save time and money previously spent traveling to Monrovia for transport services. Traders, drivers, and transport unions in the region are expected to benefit from faster processing of permits and clearer regulatory oversight.
The new facility will include offices for licensing and insurance administration, a public reception area, records storage, and parking for service vehicles. However, construction timelines, funding sources, and the contractor's name were not disclosed at the ceremony.
