Grand Patron of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, has voiced his support for President Bola Tinubu's administration, citing the positive impact of its reforms on Nigeria's governance. Speaking in Damaturu, Yobe State, during the unveiling of campaign vehicles for grassroots mobilisation, Ekpemupolo emphasized that Tinubu's policies have enabled state governors to execute projects and pay salaries and pensions promptly.

Ekpemupolo, represented by Kester Pondi, Managing Director of Tantita Security Services, likened the reforms to road rehabilitation, noting that while it presents challenges, the end result is beneficial to all. He highlighted the evident success of the reforms in areas such as local government autonomy and increased revenue allocation to states. According to him, the reforms have ensured that state governors have more funds for projects, and salaries and pensions are paid regularly.

The Grand Patron stressed the need for continuity of the reforms, urging Nigerians to re-elect President Tinubu in 2027 to consolidate the gains. He emphasized that the president's policies have led to an increase in funds available to state governors, enabling them to execute projects and improve infrastructure. Ekpemupolo's endorsement of Tinubu's reforms underscores the significance of sustaining the momentum.

National Coordinator of the PBAT Movement, Sunday Asuku, also spoke at the event, thanking the people of Yobe State for their support and urging them to resist opposition attempts to deceive Nigerians. Asuku emphasized that there is no vacancy in the Aso Rock Villa, reaffirming that it is President Tinubu's position to consolidate his reforms. He highlighted the increased allocation to states from the federation account, which has led to improved infrastructure and services.

Asuku encouraged the people to mobilize for the APC, advocating for a door-to-door, street-to-street, and farm-to-farm campaign to ensure the party's success in the state. He emphasized that President Tinubu has made significant strides and needs more time to deliver on his promises. The National Coordinator's remarks reflect the movement's commitment to supporting Tinubu's re-election bid.

Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, commended the PBAT Movement for its efforts in making his job easier. Represented by Deputy Governor Alhaji Idi Barde Gubana, Buni expressed confidence in the APC's victory, stating that the state is 100% behind President Tinubu. He assured the movement of Yobe's support, noting that the state has already restructured its campaign machinery in preparation for the polls.
