SYLLECTUM Cars & Trucks, a company from a Tunisian group with 15 subsidiaries, has officially launched the SINOTRUK Pick-up Bolden in Tunisia. This marks a new partnership in the automotive industry, aiming to establish a long-term presence in the market and build close relationships with customers. The company has invested in a commercial and after-sales service setup to meet market expectations.

The partnership with SINOTRUK, a Chinese manufacturer with decades of industrial experience and a significant international presence, is a key aspect of this launch. SINOTRUK has a history dating back to 1930 and has produced over 14 million units globally. The company is also the number one seller of heavy trucks in China for the fourth consecutive year.

SYLLECTUM Cars & Trucks' entry into the Tunisian market goes beyond just vehicle sales. The company has established a showroom in Gammarth and a 5,000m² after-sales service workshop in the Utique industrial zone, about 20 minutes from Tunis city center. The workshop will have maintenance and diagnostic capabilities, and spare parts will be available from the start.

A network of authorized agents is being deployed across several regions, ahead of the first deliveries scheduled for January. Additionally, SYLLECTUM Cars & Trucks will have continuous technical support from Chinese engineers, who will provide in-depth training to the company's technical team. This setup reflects the company's commitment to building a local presence based on its automotive offerings, service availability, and customer proximity.

The arrival of SINOTRUK in Tunisia is part of a larger industrial history that began in 1930. The company produced its first 8-ton heavy truck, the Yellow River JN150, in 1960. Today, SINOTRUK has a significant international presence, with over 14 million units sold globally. Its expertise is complemented by that of WEICHAI, a major player in power systems, particularly in engines and transmissions, present in over 180 countries.

The launch of SINOTRUK in Tunisia marks the first step for SYLLECTUM Cars & Trucks in the local automotive market. The introduction of the SINOTRUK BOLDEN pick-up model is expected to be followed by its official unveiling at an upcoming ceremony. According to Wael Abderrahmen Chouikh, CEO of SYLLECTUM Cars & Trucks, the company aims to make BOLDEN a credible reference in the pick-up segment in Tunisia.

SYLLECTUM Cars & Trucks is committed to providing comprehensive support to its customers, including a 5,000m² workshop and advance spare part ordering. The company's goal is to establish trust with its customers through its services and products. With its extensive industrial experience and local investment, SYLLECTUM Cars & Trucks is poised to make a significant impact in the Tunisian automotive market.
