The transaction is confirmed through the system once fuelling is complete. Trained customer experience personnel will be available at the station to assist customers and guide first-time users through the process.
The Abuja launch builds on Sunbeth Energies' experience with the self-service model at its Ogba outlet in Lagos. The company has recorded 100 per cent transaction success with zero service downtime over the past month at the Lagos outlet. This experience has provided valuable insight into customer behaviour, station operations, and the support required to deliver a seamless self-service experience.
