According to Wessim Mohamed, Commercial Sector Head at SCCT, the event offers opportunities for clients, supply chain partners, and stakeholders to network, exchange insights, and explore practical solutions to common challenges.

SCCT, a subsidiary of APM Terminals, is a prominent container terminal in the Eastern Mediterranean. Located at the northern entrance of the Suez Canal, it has an annual capacity of around 7 million TEUs. The terminal provides efficient and reliable operations for global trade lines between East and West, supported by modern infrastructure and equipment.

APM Terminals operates over 60 sites in 35 countries and has been developing port and maritime industry standards for over 50 years. The company has around 22,000 employees and handled approximately 25.8 million containers across its terminals in 2025. SCCT contributes to Egypt's economy by providing around 4,000 direct and indirect job opportunities.
