According to the Minister of Education and National Training, Dr. Al-Tahmi Al-Zein Hajar, the introduction of the electronic window is intended to reduce the burden of travel and congestion at certificate collection centers in Khartoum. The minister made these remarks while inspecting secondary certificate collection centers in Khartoum and Omdurman. He emphasized that this move is part of the ongoing efforts to improve and streamline services.
As part of its efforts to expand and improve services, an additional center has been opened in Omdurman. This new center is designed to handle the increasing demand and provide better services to students and their families. The minister's visit included an assessment of the current procedures and an evaluation of the needs of students and their families.
