The lease period is six months, and the organization is seeking registered suppliers to provide the vehicles. The vehicles should be preferably not more than ten years old at the commencement of the lease and must be in good mechanical condition and roadworthy. The evaluation of quotations will be based on several criteria, including technical compliance and vehicle specifications, vehicle condition, age, and roadworthiness, maintenance, repairs, and replacement vehicle arrangements, insurance, licensing, and safety compliance, supplier experience, reliability, and references, availability, and financial evaluation. The RFQ states that the lowest-priced quotation will not necessarily be selected.
Interested suppliers must submit their quotations in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained in the RFQ. The quotations should be signed by an authorized representative and include business registration details, TPIN, valid tax clearance certificate, and relevant licenses. The deadline for submission is November 13, 2026, and early submissions are encouraged.
The RFQ is part of Splash International's efforts to support its program in Zambia, which focuses on providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions for children in urban schools. The organization is seeking to lease the vehicles to support its operations in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, and Chipata. Splash International reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and is not bound to select the lowest-priced proposal.
Suppliers can submit their proposals via email to [email protected] with the subject line “SPL-ZM-RFP-2026-PG002 – Project WISE II Vehicle 6 Month Long Term Lease – [Offeror name]”. The total attachment size must not exceed 20 MB per email. Clarification questions can be sent in writing to [email protected] by the deadline, and Splash will share all questions and answers with all offerors.
