Gospel singer Size 8 and her husband DJ Mo have given fans a detailed tour of their luxurious Nairobi mansion, valued at approximately KSh 45-46 million. The couple moved into the Daykio-area home, located along Kiganjo Road off Thika Road, in April 2026. The mansion features a sunken living room that has left fans calling it a palace. Size 8 shared that the mansion took over four years to build after a groundbreaking ceremony in April 2022.
The tour, posted on Size 8's social media page, kicks off at the front door, a matte black imported door that DJ Mo previously revealed cost KSh 230,000 and comes fitted with 14 locks. The couple welcomes viewers barefoot into a hallway finished in glossy white marble with black inlays, recessed LED ceiling lighting, and a large framed wedding portrait hung prominently on the wall.
The couple's powder room features wood panelling, warm lighting, plants and scented candles, while the main bathroom drew gasps online for its black marble tiles, round mirror, wall-mounted toilet and pendant lights that give it a full spa atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings of the home is evident throughout the tour.
The clear highlight of the tour is the sunken living room, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling curtains that stretch all the way to the roof. The space is anchored by a large light-grey L-shaped sectional sofa with turquoise and white pillows on gold legs, a white coffee table on a plush rug, and a built-in TV wall with illuminated shelving displaying plants and decorative pieces.
The open-plan dining area connects seamlessly to the living space, centred on a white oval dining table with gold-accented chairs, gold candle holders and a marble feature wall displaying illuminated family photos. The adjacent kitchen features light wood cabinetry, white countertops, a yellow island with white bar stools and built-in ovens, alongside smart features the couple previously teased.
Building the mansion came with real sacrifices for the couple, who did not purchase a new car from 2018, cut back on lifestyle spending, and Size 8 wore thrifted outfits to stay within budget. For the couple, married since 2012 and parents of two, the tour is as much a testimony of faith and perseverance as it is a home reveal.
The mansion includes six bedrooms, a prayer room, a home theatre and a recording studio, with voice-activated curtains on the floor-to-ceiling windows. The tour has generated significant interest among fans, with many commenting on the couple's taste and design choices.
