Rwanda exports goods such as tea, coffee, avocados, and minerals to Pakistan, while Pakistan exports rice, textiles, technology products, and medical equipment to Rwanda.

Ambassador Khan notes that there are still many opportunities for growth in trade, particularly in areas such as agriculture, industry, technology, and healthcare. He highlights the complementary nature of the two countries' economies, citing Rwanda's expertise in tea and coffee production, and Pakistan's demand for these products. Pakistan, on the other hand, can offer Rwanda expertise in areas such as technology and industry.

Pakistan has offered scholarships to many Rwandan students to study in its universities, while Rwandan students are also studying in Pakistan. He notes that the two countries have a lot to offer in terms of cultural exchange, including music, dance, and art.
