Residents living near Mustafa Kamil School in Banha, Qalyubia Governorate, are expressing frustration and anger due to ongoing disturbances caused by students. The school, which is located in front of the Qism Thanii police station, has become a source of constant disturbance and nuisance for the community. Despite repeated complaints, the situation persists with no concrete solutions in sight.

The main issue is that the school's loudspeakers are left on throughout the day and night, causing a significant disturbance with loud screeching sounds. This noise pollution is not limited to school hours but continues into the night and on official holidays. Residents claim that the school's administration leaves the electrical appliances and loudspeakers on all night without any supervision, which they believe is a serious oversight that could lead to a fire or electrical disaster.

The complaints do not stop at noise pollution. Residents also report a decline in the moral and behavioral discipline of students within and outside the school. They claim that students openly gather on the school's stairs to smoke e-cigarettes and use abusive language towards citizens and passersby. Additionally, some students allegedly fill bags with water and throw them from the top of the building onto citizens' cars and heads, and throw empty bottles, ceramic pieces, and firecrackers, causing injuries and lowering the overall safety level in the area.

Residents directly living near the school also complain about the continuous disturbance caused by throwing trash and food in front of their homes and nearby mosques. They claim that students intentionally disturb them by ringing their doorbells and damaging public and private property, while continuously hitting balls against the iron gates throughout the day.

When residents approached school authorities, they were told that the lack of teachers and supervisory staff was to blame for the situation. However, residents find this excuse unacceptable and believe that the school administration is not taking sufficient responsibility for maintaining order and discipline within the school.

In light of these deteriorating conditions, residents of the area and affected families are calling on the Qalyubia Education Department and the Banha Education Administration to intervene urgently and investigate the administrative failure. They demand that those responsible for the negligence be held accountable and that strict supervision be imposed on the school.

Residents are also requesting that the school administration be obligated to turn off the loudspeakers and devices after the school day ends and that security personnel be assigned to monitor student behavior. Ultimately, they seek to restore the school's reputation as an educational institution and provide a safe and peaceful environment for residents living in the surrounding area.
