The Kano State Police Command has arrested a 35-year-old notorious kidnapper, Habibu Bello, during a clearance operation along the Kano-Kaduna and Kano-Katsina borders. Habibu Bello has confessed to several previous kidnapping incidents, including the abduction of Hajiya Binta of Kwanar Dangora, for which N20 million was allegedly paid as ransom. Additionally, he was involved in cattle rustling across Kano and Katsina States. Further investigation led to the arrest of Mudan of Kwanar Dangora as another member of the syndicate.
