The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising and coordinating branch operations to achieve disbursement and portfolio quality targets. The Branch Coordinators will supervise Team Leaders and Loans Officers to achieve branch disbursement and collection targets. They will also drive daily market activations to generate leads and grow the loan portfolio. Additionally, they will monitor team performance, address performance gaps promptly, and ensure compliance with lending, appraisal, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery procedures.
To qualify for the position, candidates must have a degree in a relevant field, knowledge of Small and Medium Enterprise Loans, and computer skills. They must also possess leadership and supervisory skills, excellent numerical and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The job requires candidates to chair the Branch Loan Committee, ensure complete documentation and policy adherence, and conduct field visits to support customer acquisition, appraisal, monitoring, and collections.
The Branch Coordinators will be responsible for monitoring portfolio quality, arrears, and collections, ensuring timely recovery action. They will also train, coach, and develop Loans Officers on products, selling skills, processes, and policies. Furthermore, they will recruit, onboard, and manage Loans Officer performance, ensuring effective branch operations, reporting, customer service, and internal controls.
