Peugeot's history dates back to 1810 when it started as an industrial company in the steel sector. The company entered the automotive industry in 1889 with its first vehicle. Over the decades, Peugeot has developed various models and technologies that have contributed to its global presence. In Egypt, Peugeot has been present for 60 years, offering a range of models through Mansco Automotive.

Mansco Automotive was established in 2017 as a specialized entity and the exclusive agent for Peugeot in Egypt. The company is a partnership between Mansour for Cars and Scope for Investment, aiming to build a comprehensive system to serve Peugeot customers in the local market. Mansco currently operates over 21 showrooms and 13 maintenance centers in 12 governorates, providing geographical coverage for sales and maintenance services.

Medhat Awad, Managing Director of Mansco Automotive, stated that 60 years of Peugeot's presence in Egypt is a significant milestone, especially given the evolution of the automotive industry and changing customer needs. Awad emphasized that Mansco Automotive is committed to continuing to develop Peugeot's presence in Egypt by diversifying its models, expanding its distribution network, and enhancing after-sales services.

Mansco Automotive currently offers a range of Peugeot models, including the Peugeot 2008, 3008, 408, and 5008. These models combine design, technology, performance, and comfort, with prices starting from 1,499,990 EGP. The company also provides various services, including maintenance, repair, and after-sales support, through its specialized centers and 24/7 roadside assistance.

The Peugeot 2008 is equipped with a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine, producing 130 horsepower and 230 Nm of torque, while the Peugeot 3008 features a 1.6 THP engine with 180 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. The Peugeot 408 and 5008 also offer advanced features, including LED headlights, panoramic i-Cockpit displays, and 360-degree cameras.
