The Ministry has put in place multiple channels to support students and their families during the application process. These centers provide direct assistance and respond to inquiries during the application period.
Dr. Bakri Hussein Ahmed, Director-General of the Information and Network Technology Administration, stated that the center continues to provide support to students and their families. Dr. Ahlam Ali Sharif, Director-General of the Administration for Admission, Evaluation, and Certificate Authentication, explained that guidance centers are working to provide direct assistance during the application period.
The Ministry encourages students and their families who need help to visit the nearest guidance center and make use of available services. Dr. Ahlam Ali Sharif emphasized the importance of these centers in facilitating a smooth application process.
Hashim Rahmat Allah Ali, Director of the late Adil Abdullah Response and Support Center, confirmed that the center continues to receive inquiries via the (2511) phone number. The center has also activated an automated interactive chat service supported by artificial intelligence through the electronic application website.
This service provides immediate answers to frequently asked questions, reducing waiting periods for applicants. The center urged students and their families to utilize available support and guidance channels to ensure a correct and smooth electronic application process.
