On September 18, 2026, Orange Burkina Faso introduced the latest version of its Max It application, designed to consolidate various daily services for users. The new app is available for both Orange subscribers and non-subscribers. According to Abdramane Diallo, Director of Cabinet in charge of innovation at Orange Burkina Faso, this updated version aims to be more comprehensive, incorporating multiple services into one platform.

The enhanced Max It application offers a range of features, including mobile money, voice and SMS services, and a web TV. It also enables clients from all networks to use Orange Money and mobile money services. A significant innovation in the new app is the addition of instant messaging, allowing users to send messages within the Max It universe, similar to WhatsApp.

The updated Max It app retains the functionalities of the previous version, with notable additions such as an integrated TV universe, the ability to purchase children's game cards without using a bank card, and interconnection with most banks in the country. This facilitates transfers between bank accounts and Orange Money accounts.

With Max It, users can perform various tasks, including paying ONEA and SONABEL bills, re-subscribing to fiber and Canal+, and paying public administration fees, such as vehicle taxes and dues. The app aims to provide a convenient, one-stop solution for daily needs.

To promote the new app, Orange Burkina Faso teams visited markets and yaars in Ouagadougou, Bobo-Dioulasso, Koudougou, and Koupéla, interacting with subscribers and demonstrating the app's features. Safiatou Sawadogo, a trader at Ouagadougou's grand market, expressed her satisfaction with the new app, citing its convenience and ease of use.

According to Sawadogo, the app allows her to make transactions, pay bills, and track her expenses without needing an internet connection. She can also send money to suppliers and pay water and electricity bills directly through the app. The sensitization campaign will continue in other cities and regions of Burkina Faso.

The new Max It application can be downloaded from the Play Store or App Store by searching for "Orange Max It Money Shop TV." Users can benefit from the app's various features and services, which aim to enhance their daily experiences.
