The National Orientation Agency (NOA) in Adamawa has started a grassroots voter mobilization campaign ahead of the 2027 general elections. The campaign, themed "Your Vote, Your Voice; Our Future: Say No to Voter Apathy, Vote Buying and Violence – Let’s Build a United Nigeria in 2027", aims to encourage eligible voters to participate in the electoral process. As part of the campaign, NOA plans to activate its local government area (LGA) offices to mobilize voters. The agency will also pay courtesy visits to emirs and chiefs to ensure a peaceful and successful election. Inuwa emphasized the importance of obtaining Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and urged eligible voters to shun vote selling. He encouraged young people to avoid political thuggery and the spread of fake news and misinformation.

Inuwa called on all candidates aspiring to political offices to conduct peaceful campaign rallies and control their utterances.
