He invited participants to propose concrete solutions to improve resource mobilization and the impact of funded actions. The governor announced a forthcoming regional decision to organize a solidarity and fraternity day, aiming to unite administrators and citizens in a concerted effort to address regional development challenges.

The fund also finances industries, workshops, vehicle assembly units, transformation and armoring units, and manufacturing plants. These initiatives aim to strengthen national production capacities and finance priority projects.
Participants proposed measures to enhance mobilization actions and broaden citizen participation, aiming to consolidate FSSP resources and reinforce its contribution to financing selected projects.
