The podcast is based on a philosophy that leadership is not just about what we do, but also about who we become. Each episode explores the experiences, beliefs, challenges, and turning points that have shaped the individuals behind the titles. The podcast aims to create a space for leaders to share their stories, not just their successes, but also the experiences that have tested and transformed them.
