The Regional Multi-Service Company of Casablanca-Settat is accelerating the upgrade of its agency network, aiming to increase the number of agencies meeting excellent standards to 79 by the end of 2027, up from 31 currently. The company has been working on this project since its inception in 2024 and has already seen significant progress, with the number of excellent agencies rising from 11 to 31. This upgrade involves not only improving agency facilities but also reorganizing the service delivery network.

The company's efforts to upgrade its agency network are part of a broader strategy to improve customer service and experience. The new agencies are designed to provide a one-stop shop for customers, offering services such as water, electricity, and sanitation in a single location. This approach aims to reduce the need for customers to travel to multiple agencies to complete transactions. The company has already opened 12 new fixed agencies and six mobile agencies, and has renovated four mobile and one fixed agency.

One example of the company's new agency model is the recently opened agency in Ben Slimane, which serves around 54,000 customers. The agency offers a range of services, including water, electricity, and sanitation, and features a customer guidance office and a system for managing queues. The agency is part of a larger effort to reorganize the company's network, combining territorial proximity with improved reception conditions and service aggregation.

The company's program to upgrade its agency network extends to 2027 and includes the renovation of 22 agencies in poor condition, the renovation of 30 existing agencies, and the opening of 19 new agencies. The program also aims to generalize the aggregation of water and electricity services in most agencies, allowing for more services to be offered in a single location. The new agencies will be located in various areas, including Ain Shaq, Dar Bouazza, and Berrechid.

The company's goal is to have 79 agencies meeting excellent standards by the end of 2027, which represents an increase of 48 agencies from the current number. This goal is part of a broader effort to transition the company's network from a situation where only 13% of agencies met excellent standards in 2024 to over 39% currently. The company aims to continue this progress and achieve a higher percentage of excellent agencies in the coming years.

The upgrade of the agency network is not just about improving facilities, but also about reorganizing the way customers are received and services are delivered. The company is introducing new systems for managing queues and guiding customers, and is working to make the customer experience more streamlined and efficient. The new agencies are designed to be more customer-friendly, with improved facilities and a more organized approach to service delivery.

The Regional Multi-Service Company of Casablanca-Settat is committed to continuing its efforts to upgrade its agency network and improve customer service. With its new agencies and renovated facilities, the company is working to provide better services to its customers and improve their overall experience. The company's goal is to create a more efficient and customer-friendly network that meets the needs of its customers.
