Morocco's national futsal team has been on a roll, dominating the African continent with an unprecedented four championships since 2016. The team's coach, Hicham Dッキк, believes it's time for his team to compete for the World Cup title. The team's latest victory came last month when they defeated Angola 5-2 in the final, solidifying their position as the top team in Africa.
Dッキк, 54, attributes the team's success to careful planning, hard work, and a focus on developing young players. He believes that the key to their dominance is not just about winning, but also about maintaining a high level of performance over a long period. The coach emphasizes that it's not just about the team's current success, but also about building a strong foundation for the future.
Morocco's futsal team has been impressive in the World Cup, reaching the quarterfinals in the last two editions. However, they have been eliminated by Brazil, the current world champions, on both occasions. Dッキк is determined to take his team to the next level and believes that they have the potential to compete with the best teams in the world.
One of the key factors behind Morocco's success is their ability to adapt to different opponents and playing styles. Dッキк and his team study their opponents carefully, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to exploit them. The coach also emphasizes the importance of mental preparation and teamwork in their success.
Dッキк's approach to team management is often described as meticulous and innovative. He believes in giving his players the freedom to express themselves on the field and encourages them to take risks and try new things. The coach also places a strong emphasis on player development, often inviting young players to join the team and giving them the opportunity to gain experience.
Morocco's futsal team is not just focused on winning, but also on developing a strong team culture. Dッキк believes that a strong team culture is essential for success and encourages his players to work together, support each other, and maintain a high level of discipline. The team's players are known for their technical skills, speed, and agility, which have been key factors in their success.
As Morocco prepares for the World Cup, Dッキк is confident that his team has what it takes to compete with the best teams in the world.
