Dèmè Isago allows eligible customers to request and receive a credit advance for their Isago prepaid meter, directly from their mobile phone via the Moov Africa Malitel network. This service is accessible 24/7 and enables customers to address unexpected energy needs. Kodico, a small and medium-sized enterprise, played a crucial role in developing the service, which is 100% designed and conceived by Malians.
According to Adama Kouyaté, Managing Director of Kodico, the service has garnered significant trust, with over 300,000 households relying on it daily for their energy needs. He expressed gratitude to Moov Africa Malitel for its pioneering support and to EDM-SA for its vision in promoting this innovative solution. The Dèmè Isago service allows customers to receive an emergency credit ranging from 500 to 10,000 F CFA, with a 10% commission on the amount. The service is designed to be simple and accessible, aligning with Moov Money's goal of providing useful and user-friendly innovations.
