Mayfair Insurance Company Uganda Ltd has set key performance measures for the Graduate Trainee ICT role, including issue resolution, user satisfaction, system and network availability, and ICT policy compliance. The company aims to achieve a 95% resolution rate for ICT issues within the service level agreement, 80%+ user satisfaction with ICT support, and 99.5%+ network uptime. The successful candidate will be required to track and manage IT hardware and software inventories, ensuring efficient use of resources.
The company provides training and development opportunities for the Graduate Trainee ICT, including training sessions on best practices for using ICT tools and applications, as well as maintaining security. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver at least 2 training sessions per quarter and achieve 75%+ positive feedback from end-users.
