She revealed that her children's nap times often became her preparation periods, while some of her workouts were completed late at night after she had finished their bath and bedtime routines. Her unconventional training also included walking exercises with her baby in a carrier.
Kelley's victory comes after a major change in the rules governing the Miss USA competition. For decades, married women and mothers were excluded from competing for the crown. The organisation changed that policy in 2023, opening the competition to women who are married or have children. The previous age restriction was also removed, allowing women aged 18 and above to compete.
