The second initiative aims to protect human dignity by tackling begging. The National Strategy to Combat Begging 2026-2028 prioritizes a social approach over repression. It includes measures such as protecting children, making families more responsible, supporting Koranic teachers, promoting inclusive education, and reintegrating vulnerable individuals into society.
The third initiative seeks to promote peace and harmony through a project focused on preventing troubles in the religious sphere. A reflection committee will work on harmonizing practices, managing places of worship, regulating sermons, and preventing violent extremism. These initiatives are part of the government's strategy to bring about social transformation.
According to the government, these three initiatives are crucial instruments for achieving the "Mali Kura ɲɛtaasira ka bɛn san 2063" vision, which serves as a strategic roadmap for the country's development. The vision is built around the principles of citizen engagement, social cohesion, and sustainable development.
