The Makinde-Daura Presidential Campaign Organisation has announced the start of its nationwide zonal town hall meetings, beginning in Katsina State. According to Anthony Ehilebo, special adviser on media and digital communication to Governor Seyi Makinde, the interactive sessions will span all six geopolitical zones across the country.

The core mission is to 'Reset Nigeria to a nation that truly works for all,' establishing an administration where leaders are accessible, accountable, and transparent in resource management. Ehilebo made this announcement at a news conference in Abuja on Sunday.
The initial leg of the town hall meetings will begin with the North-west zone in Katsina on 22 September, followed by the South-south zone in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on 25 September. The North-central zone will hold in Lafia, Nasarawa State, on 28 September, and the South-east zone in Enugu on 30 September. The remaining zones will also host their meetings in due course.
According to Ehilebo, the 'Reset Nigeria' agenda is rapidly turning into a powerful grassroots movement, fueled by widespread solidarity across class, ethnicity, and creed. This growing momentum has already yielded political gains, evidenced by recent support in off-cycle contests and the APM's victory in the Bauchi State House of Assembly by-election held on Saturday. The organisation noted that solidarity and support by Nigerians have been manifest in recent off-cycle elections and by-elections.

They also thanked all citizens for their solidarity as they work hard to ensure the victory of APM and Engr. Makinde in the 2027 presidential election.
