The second edition of Le Faso Digital has selected three solutions in the "Commerce, Management, and Entrepreneurship" category. Guide KDG, FasoTuuma, and Kora AI aim to address concrete needs of populations and professionals using digital technology. These initiatives, led by young Burkinabé innovators, focus on simplifying daily tasks for traders, artisans, and communicators. A total of 201 solutions were submitted to the jury, with three projects selected for support.

Guide KDG, created by Issoufou Kiendrébéogo, is a digital platform dedicated to the city of Koudougou. The platform aims to gather information on local businesses, services, and points of interest in one place. This includes restaurants, accommodations, shops, pharmacies, and entertainment venues. The goal is to facilitate discovery and improve access to services and orientation for users. Guide KDG combines three complementary dimensions: economic discovery, access to information, and orientation.

Guide KDG can simplify daily tasks for residents by making it easier to find services. For visitors, it provides a practical tool to discover the city and its possibilities. By centralizing information on available establishments and services, Guide KDG can improve the visibility of businesses, especially those with limited online promotion capabilities. This approach is particularly relevant in an environment where digital visibility is becoming a competitiveness factor.

FasoTuuma, developed by a team of five young people, is a geolocated mobile application that connects artisans and residents based on their needs and proximity. The app allows artisans to create a professional profile with their skills, location, and contact information. Users can search for artisans by profession, distance, or ratings from other clients. FasoTuuma aims to resolve the difficulties of finding a competent and available artisan.

FasoTuuma's principle is based on a promise: "Find the artisan you need. Now. Near you." The application is designed to facilitate connections between artisans and residents. Artisans can create a profile, and users can search for services based on various criteria. This approach can help artisans increase their visibility and reach a broader client base.

Kora AI is another solution selected in the "Commerce, Management, and Entrepreneurship" category. Although details about Kora AI are limited, it is expected to leverage artificial intelligence to facilitate business management and social media organization for companies and communication professionals. The goal is to simplify tasks and improve efficiency in managing online presence.

The three selected projects demonstrate the potential of digital innovation in addressing everyday challenges in Burkina Faso. By leveraging technology, Guide KDG, FasoTuuma, and Kora AI aim to improve the lives of traders, artisans, and communicators. These initiatives showcase the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of young Burkinabé innovators.
