The tribunal examined the reservation of the LINDA party name and found that it had not submitted a formal application for temporary registration as required by law. The name was reserved for only 90 days, starting from November 15, 2024. The Registrar of Political Parties acknowledged that no formal application was submitted within that timeframe, and a letter sent on February 4, 2025, did not meet the legal requirements.
