The forecast also indicates that maximum average temperatures of more than 30°C are expected in several counties, including Kilifi, Tana River, Lamu, Garissa, Wajir, Isiolo, Marsabit, and Turkana. On the other hand, minimum average temperatures are expected to be less than 10°C in some parts of Meru, Tharaka-Nithi, Kirinyaga, Murang'a, Nyeri, Nakuru, Nyandarua, Laikipia, Narok, Taita Taveta, and Kajiado counties. Residents in these areas are advised to take necessary precautions to protect themselves from the extreme temperatures.

Afternoon showers may also occur in a few parts of Embu, Garissa, Kiambu, Kilifi, Kirinyaga, Kitui, Kwale, Laikipia, Lamu, Machakos, Makueni, Meru, Mombasa, Murang'a, Nairobi, Nyandarua, Nyeri, Taita Taveta, Tana River, and Tharaka-Nithi counties.
