Yahaya, who represented the Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abbas, at the commissioning ceremony, said the projects would provide a more conducive learning environment, promote hygiene, and contribute to improved academic performance.
The governor assured the Navy of the state government's continued cooperation in supporting military operations and other lawful security activities in Katsina. Radda also urged residents of Gidan Mutum Daya to take ownership of the facilities, protect them from damage, and ensure proper maintenance so they can serve present and future generations.
