The Master Control Chronometre boasts a compact case made of stainless steel or rose gold, measuring 38mm in diameter and 8.4mm in thickness. Its design is characterized by brushed surfaces, polished chamfers, and a thin bezel that exudes sobriety. The integrated bracelet features a distinctive design, with central links that mirror the shape of the dauphine hands, adding a touch of elegance to the overall design.
The watch's dial is one of its strongest features, with a minimalist approach that showcases Jaeger-LeCoultre's craftsmanship. The dial features a sun-brushed effect that plays with light, and is available in two versions: a blue-gray gradient for the steel model and a bronze tone for the rose gold model. The dauphine hands and applied indexes are designed to create a cohesive visual identity.
The Master Control Chronometre is powered by the caliber 899, an automatic movement developed by Jaeger-LeCoultre. This in-house movement offers a 70-hour power reserve and features high-quality finishes. The caliber 899 has also been certified with the HPG (Haute Précision Garantie) seal, an internal certification that complements traditional controls.
To achieve the HPG certification, the movement undergoes a series of rigorous tests, including those from the COSC for chronometric precision. The movement is then subjected to additional tests that simulate real-life situations, such as changes in atmospheric pressure, position, shock, and temperature variations.

The steel version is priced at €12,200, while the rose gold version costs €45,500.
