At least three years of prior experience in bonded warehouse site management is required, as well as basic knowledge of ZRA customs procedures. The successful candidate should also be capable of managing site workforce, forklifts, reach stacker, and truck fleet, and be able to understand operational documents and perform basic data work with Excel.
The Bonded Warehouse Site Supervisor will also be responsible for compliance and on-site risk control, ensuring that all procedures are in full regulatory compliance, and enforcing proper HSE and security to minimize theft, damage to materials, and unauthorized access. The successful candidate should have a strong sense of safety awareness, customs compliance, and responsibility. Good communication skills are also essential for managing a team and distinguishing between minor and major issues.
