Hon. Chief Lucky Blessing Abuah, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Youth Mobilisation, has commended Olorogun Innocent Ifeanyi Esewezie, Executive Chairman of Oshimili North Local Government Area, for his commitment to grassroots development and people-oriented projects. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Achalla Cottage Hospital was performed by the Obuzor of Ibusa, His Royal Majesty Obi Prof. Louis Chelunor Nwoboshi.
