The Managing Director of Galaxy Backbone (GBB), Prof. Ibrahim Adeyanju, has announced plans to digitalize more Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) beyond the current 30. Prof. Adeyanju highlighted GBB's achievements and future goals, emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in improving government efficiency.

Prof. Adeyanju revealed that GBB has successfully digitalized over 30 MDAs, enabling them to use a single government platform for approving documents and memos. This move has significantly reduced paper usage, resulting in cost savings for the government. He stated that GBB aims to continue improving services, increasing adoption of paperless workflows, and expanding its presence to areas where it is not currently available. This initiative aligns with the federal government's digital transformation goals.

GBB's role in Nigeria's digital transformation involves working with various ministries, departments, and agencies to automate workflows and improve efficiency. The organization's efforts focus on providing quality services and satisfying customers.

During the event, Dr. Olalekan Oregbefon, Head of ICT/Marketing and Business Development at the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria, commended GBB for its service quality but urged improvement in responding to customer complaints. In response, Prof. Adeyanju acknowledged the importance of timely issue resolution and encouraged customers not to hesitate in escalating problems.

Prof. Adeyanju emphasized GBB's commitment to customer satisfaction, stating that customers are the reason for the organization's efforts to improve and work beyond regular hours. He appreciated customers' persistence in reporting issues and assured them that their concerns are being addressed.

The Executive Director of Customer Centricity and Marketing at GBB, Olusegun Olulade, represented by Group Head of Human Resource, Mr. Olugbenga Omoniyi, highlighted the organization's core value of customer centricity. This value is fundamental to GBB's identity and guides its use of technology and digital solutions.
